General Policy
Year-round Resort fee - $50/nt plus tax Resort fee is in addition to room rate and collected upon check-in. Parking - valet parking is available for $50 per car per night year-round. Transportation - Complimentary shared transportation is available throughout Snowmass Village and to and from Aspen Airport. Private service, service into Aspen, and service for Grand Junction, Eagle, and Denver airports is available at additional cost. Cribs are provided at no charge. Rollaways are available for $50/night. Rollaways are not permitted in Studio King or Studio Queen/Queen residences.
Written Cancellation Policy
WINTER: 12/15/23 - 4/21/24: 100% non refundable if cancelled within 30 days prior to arrival. SUMMER: 6/15/23 -10/31/23: 1 night's lodging fee if cancelled within 7 days of arrival.
Written Deposit Policy
