Offering luxury ski-in, ski-out accommodations at Aspen Highlands, the Ritz-Carlton Club presents luxury mountain living in spacious two- and three-bedroom condominiums.
Each condominium lives more like a classic Western home, with warm wood finishes and rich leather couches complemented by a natural stone fireplace. There is a spacious living area and kitchen, which is great for entertaining or stretching out after a great day on the slopes. Bedrooms feature Frette linens and flatscreen TVs, and bathrooms have heated Italian marble floors and double vanities. Enjoy air conditioning and complimentary Wi-Fi in all rooms.
Common amenities at the Ritz-Carlton Club include the Members' Lounge with hosted apres-ski gatherings, two slopeside heated pools and hot tubs, a private spa and fitness center, and heated garage parking. Guests also receive summer golf privileges at exclusive Roaring Fork Valley clubs. The Ritz-Carlton Aspen offers two dining options on-site. The full-service Willow Creek Bistro serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, and Caffe Sienna has gourmet grab-and-go items.
Guests receive complimentary transportation to and from the Aspen Airport and downtown Aspen, and the on-site concierge can make arrangements for any Aspen activity.
Ritz-Carlton Club residences are typically offered at a 7-night minimum for Saturday-to-Saturday stays.
Cancellation Policy: 90% of the gross lodging will be refunded if notice of cancellation is more than:
60 days prior to arrival for all short term rents for time periods other than Christmas and New Years
October 15th of current year for Christmas and New Year’s rentals
120 days prior to arrival for all reservations of 30 days or longer
Written Deposit Policy
Deposit Payment: 50% of the total, exclusive of tax and service fee, due within 10 days after the initial request for the reservation. If the reservation is reserved within the final payment due time period, full payment will be required at the time the reservation is reserved.
Final Payment: Remaining 50% of lodging plus full tax and service fee is due:

When you arrive in Aspen, you will check in at the Ritz-Carlton Club front desk, located at 0075 Prospector Road at Aspen Highlands. You will receive parking instructions and unit information at that time.
If you are flying into Aspen Airport, the Ritz-Carlton Club will provide you with complimentary transportation to and from your accommodations. Please contact the Ritz-Carlton Club 24 to 48 hours prior to arrival to arrange your airport pick-up: (970) 429-2322.
